Hackley, Margaret J.

Margaret J. Hackley was the Prohibition Party candidate for School Board of the Second Ward of Arkansas City, Kansas in 1904. She was also a leader of the local Women's Relief Corps, an organization which assisted Union veterans of the Civil War, and memorialized the war itself.
