Watson, Emily Crane
In 1900 Republican Emily Crane Watson was elected Iron County, Utah recorder. In this year, there were several candidates, all of them women. Watson was re-elected two years later. Watson, a Mormon, was active in the Young Ladies Mutual Improvement Association, and a stake board counselor.
