Ella L. Young

Ella L. Young was appointed to fulfill the term of County Treasurer for Crosby County, Texas in 1915 after her husband, the elected County Treasurer, died after an appendectomy. She was left widowed with a young child. Young was elected to the position in 1916 and continued to serve through 1925.
