Wilson, Mrs. J. L.
Mrs. J. L. Wilson was the Republican party candidate for Lyon County Board of Education in Nevada in 1916. Wilson had been appointed to the board, but ran for a seat in 1916. Despite praise for her work as an appointee she lost to her Democratic rival Erna Marie Dahl. Wilson was active in local women's clubs, and was a delegate to the 1924 national Republican party convention from Nevada.
