Smith, Frances B.

Frances B. Smith, a Republican, was elected as County Superintendent of Schools for Carbon County, Wyoming in 1908. She was elected for a second term in 1910, and a third in 1912. Smith was elected again in 1916. She ran for another term in 1918 as a non-partisan, but lost that race.
