Donaldson, Ruth M.

Ruth M. Donaldson was the Republican candidate for County Superintendent of Schools for Big Horn County, Wyoming in 1914. She won that race. Two years later in a bid for re-election, in the primary race she lost her party's nomination to Elaine Kinder.
