Flora Bartlett was the Socialist party candidate for State Representative from the 48th district of Washington State in 1912. Two years later she was the party's candidate for Snohomish County Treasurer. Bartlett had served on the Socialist party executive council in the county. Bartlett had been a school teacher in the area.
