Johnson, Effie

Effie Johnson was the Democratic and Prohibition party candidate for County Superintendent of Schools in Kitsap County, Washington in 1892. She did not win the race. Johnson ran again two years later, endorsed by the Prohibition party, but lost. In 1896 Johnson ran for a third time on the Peoples party ticket, but lost again.
