Louthan, Hattie Horner

Hattie Horner Louthan was a candidate for County Superintendent of Schools for Denver County in 1910. She was supported by the Citizens, Platform, Progressive, and Prohibition parties.  In 1912 Louthan was a Prohibition Party candidate for State Senate in Colorado. She was a well-known Colorado writer of novels of the period.
