Osborne, Rosa

Rosa Osborne was the Socialist party candidate for City Clerk of Ouray, Ouray County, Colorado in 1903. She did not win the race. Osborne sued her husband for divorce later in the year, citing desertion and his failure to support the family. Rosa had worked as a cook and housemaid to support herself and her young daughters.
