Palmer, Emma C.

Emma C. Palmer was the Citizens party candidate for City Treasurer of Greeley, Weld County, Colorado in 1899. She won that race. Palmer was the Republican candidate for the office in 1903, but lost to her opponent Lena Pleak. During the following year Palmer temporarily returned to the office while Pleck was away.
