Susie H. Miller was the Citizens party and Independent Labor party candidate for Town Clerk and Recorder for Crested Butte, Gunnison County, Colorado in 1899. She lost to the incumbent, Marie L. Block. The following year she was appointed as one of the judges of election in the town. In 1902 and1903 Miller was again the Citizens candidate for Town Clerk and Recorder, and won those races. She was still serving in the office in 1908.
