Emily A. Kenney was the Silver Republican and Democratic party candidate for City Treasurer for Aspen, Colorado in 1899. She won her race and was elected for a second term in 1901. In that race Kenney was endorsed by the Democrats and the Peoples party. Two years later Kenney was endorsed by the Democrats and the Citizens party, and won a third term.
