Ida R. Geddes was elected as the County Superintendent of Schools for Park County, Colorado in 1910. She served for one term. Geddes owned her own farm and worked it with four hired men. Geddes ran for another term in office in 1914, but lost to the Democratic candidate Nettie M. King.
