Guyselman, Lillie

Lillie (sometimes spelled Lily) Guyselman was the Republican candidate for County Superintendent of Schools in Summit County, Colorado in 1906. She lost that race to the Democratic candidate, Lillian Colcord. Guyselman ran again for the office in 1910 and won the race. Before her 1906 race Guyselman had been a school teacher in the area. By 1910 she was the assistant postmaster in Breckenridge, the town where she lived.
