Ella A. Ozburn was the Republican candidate for County Superintendent of Schools for Garfield County, Colorado in 1906. She lost the race to her Democratic opponent, Alice B. Clark. But Osborn ran again in 1908 and was elected. She served for one term. In some sources her name is listed as Ella A. Osborn.
