Pelly, Zula T.

Zula T. Pelly was a candidate for the office of Clerk of the District Court for Jackson County, Oklahoma in 1912. Pelly came in last a four person race. She had worked as a stenographer in a real estate office before running for office. By 1912 Pelly was the deputy clerk for the district court.
