Lucy E. Beach was elected to multiple terms on the School Board of Deer Creek, Madison County, Ohio in the first decade of the twentieth century. Beach was a local farmer. Lucy Beach was an active suffragist and delegate to meetings of the National American Woman Suffrage Association. She was active with various local and national women's clubs, including the Daughters of the American Revolution.
