Howard, Dr. Emily P.

Emily P. Howard was a candidate for the Boston School Committee in 1901. She was endorsed by the Republican party, the local Public School Association, and the Independent Women Voters. Howard was a physician and worked in hospitals for the mentally ill.  She served on the board of the Boston Insane Hospital.
