Small, Rainie A.

Rainie A. Small was elected County Superintendent of Schools for Snohomish County, Washington in 1900. She served in the office until at least 1915. Before election to office Small served as the Principal for a county grammar school. She was active in the Grange movement and prominent in the county suffrage organizations.
