Rebecca Mitchell was one of the Prohibition Party candidates for Presidential Elector from Idaho in 1900. Mitchell was the president of the Idaho Woman's Christian Temperance Union and a suffrage worker. She later served as the chaplain for the Idaho House of Representatives.
