Jennie McIntosh was elected as a School Commissioner in Camden, Kent County, Delaware in 1914. McIntosh was active in Baptist church conferences in Delaware. She was also active with the Woman's Christian Temperance Union and served as a delegate from Delaware to the national convention in 1886.
