Tierra Farrow
Tierra Farrow, a lawyer, was the first woman elected as City Treasurer in Kansas City, Kansas in 1907. She served for two terms. In 1917, with other women lawyers they  formed the Women's Bar Association of Kansas City.  Farrow was the first woman lawyer to plead cases before the state supreme court.
