Miss Lou Casement was re-elected to a second term for Clerk Circuit Court of Barton County, Missouri in 1918. She ran on the Democratic ticket and was not opposed. Casement succeeded her father, Bob Casement, who had served in the position for eight years before his death. Records suggest that Miss Lou Casement continued to serve as a Barton County officer through the 1920's.
