Maggie Ginn was elected to the Board of Education in Bellfontaine, Ohio in 1919. Ginn was the daughter of Eliza Richardson and Dr. Watson. Her father was a noted physician in the County. The family lived in Wyandot County until they moved to Bellefontaine in 1857.
