Scott, Lucy E.R.

Lucy E. R. Scott was the Republican candidate State Superintendent of Public Instruction in Colorado in 1898. She came in second in a four way race, loosing to Helen Grenfell. Scott had served as deputy superintendent from 1895 to 1896.
