Sylvester, Frances Cora
Frances Sylvester ran as the Socialist candidate for Superintendent of Public Instruction in Washington state in 1904 and again in 1912 and 1916. She did not win any race. Sylvester received her A.B. degree from the University of Washington in 1900.
