Etta Comstock Boltwood (also known as Etta C. Boltwood), was the Democrat candidate for University of Michigan Board of Regents in 1919 Boltwood later became an active member of the Michigan Democratic Party. She was a member of the Democratic National Committee from Michigan in 1920; an alternate delegate to the Democratic National Convention from Michigan, 1924 and 1932. Etta Boltwood was also regent of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) from 1917-1919.
