Ina Phillips Williams was the Republican party candidate elected to the Washington State House of Representatives in 1913, from the Twentieth District. She served for one term. Williams ran for the seat in 1914 on the Progressive Party ticket, but did not win that race. Two years later she was elected to the state house. In 1918 Williams ran in the primaries for the U.S. House of Representatives on both the Republican and Democratic tickets. She was not successful.
