Mary S. Collett was a candidate for the State House of Representatives in Colorado from Arapahoe County in 1896. In that race she received on 657 votes. Collett was a candidate of the People's Party. By 1906 Collett was the secretary of the Women's Auxilary of the International Typographical Union in Denver.
