Fannie Quisenberry Fletcher was a candidate for County Superintendent of Schools for Cochise County, Arizona in the 1914. She lost to Minnie Linz. In 1916 Fletcher was an alternative delegate to the Democratic National Convention. She was also known as Mrs. H. E. Fletcher.
