Simpson, S. Elizabeth

In 1911 S. Elizabeth Simpson was a Keystone party candidate for School Visitor for the seventh ward in Philadelphia. Two years earlier Simpson was invited by the Penn party in the city to campaign for the same office. It isn't clear if she accepted the offer.
