Hicks, Mattie L.

Mattie L. Hicks, the Democratic candidate, was elected the Town Treasurer of Rico, Colorado in 1898. She ran in 1899 as the Democratic candidate was elected again. Hicks was elected to a third term in 1901 and again the following year.
