Eurithe K. LaBarthe was elected to the Utah House of Representatives in 1896 and served in the 1897-1898 session. She represented Salt Lake City. LaBarthe was an educator and former principal of a school in Colorado. She was active in the local Ladies Literary club. She participated in Utah Democratic politics.
LaBarthe was born in Illinois and was said not to be a Mormon. In Salt Lake City she helped to found the Utah Historical Society.
