Hall, Mrs. M. A.

Mrs. M. A. Hall was elected as the County Superintendent of Schools for Plumas County, California in 1910. After the death of her husband she became the editor of his newspaper the Plumas National Bulletin. In the 1890s Mrs. Hall had been part of the California branch of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union.
