Smith, Luella D.

Luella D. Smith was a Prohibition party candidate for County Clerk in Columbia County, New York in 1918. Smith was very active in her local Woman's Christian Temperance Union branch and in the suffrage movement. She was known for her talks on reform issues and her writings.
