Kate Seitz was the Republican candidate for County Superintendent of Schools for Klickitat County, Washington in 1882. She lost to her Republican opponent. It is possible that Seitz was a proprietor, with her husband Corwin Seitz, of county newspaper, The Sentinel. Kate was sometimes known as Mrs. Corwin Seitz.
