Huntington, Antoinette B.

Antoinette B. Huntington was the Republican candidate for County Superintendent of Schools for Cowlitz County, Washington in 1878. She won that race and was re-elected for a second term two years later. She may have run for a third term in 1884, but was not successful. Huntington was one of the earliest Anglo teachers in Washington, and continued to teach during her superintendancy.
