May McReavy was a Democratic candidate in the primary race for City Treasurer of Glenwood Springs, Garfield County, Colorado in 1913. She lost to her rival Mary McQuade. McReavy ran for the office of City Clerk, on the Greater Glenwood ticket in 1919, and won.
