Neal, Alice E.

Alice E. Neal (aka A. E. Neal) was the Populist and Peoples party candidate County Superintendent of Public Schools for Lincoln County, Washington in 1896. She ran again two years later, but lost the race to Lena Bemis, the Republican candidate. In 1900 Neal was the Democratic candidate for the office, and it is unclear if she won the race. Neal was probably re-elected to the office in 1902 or 1904.
