Wilma T. Hart was the Democratic candidate for County Superintendent of Schools for San Miguel County, Colorado in 1912. She lost to the Republican incumbent, Elizabeth Welch. Hart served as the Postmistress of the town of Sawpit, and Clerk of the School Board there.
