Sarah M. Logan was elected as the County Superintendent of Schools for Gunnison County, Colorado in 1895. Logan won her race again Hattie Evans (Democrat) and H. C. Getty (People's Party). Logan was suceeded by her assistant superintendent Mary (Mattie) Williams in 1897.
