Roberta R. Briggs was the Democratic party candidate for County Superintendent of Schools for Delta County, Colorado in 1912. She lost to her Republican opponent and incumbent, Bel McMichael. That year Briggs also ran as Precinct Committeeman in the primary race, but did not win that seat either.
