Tomlinson, Hazel
Hazel Tomlinson was the Republican party candidate for the office of Commissioner of Charities and Corrections in Oklahoma in 1907. This was the first year women could legally run for the office and Tomlinson faced two other women, Kate Barnard (Democrat) and Kate Richard O'Hare (Socialist).  Tomlinson was also nominated for County Superintendent of Tilman County, where she resided.
