Bowling, Lou

Lou Bowling was the Democratic Party candidate for City Treasurer for Kansas City, Kansas in 1903.  She lost to the popular Republican incumbent, Lillian J. Adams. Bowling had served in the post office as a clerk from the 1890s onward.
