Sheldon, Francis I.
Francis (or Frances) I. Sheldon was the Prohibition Party candidate for School Board in the Fourth Ward of Arkansas City in 1904. She did not win her race. Sheldon was the president of the local Ladies Aid Society in the 1890s.
