Emma B. Ruddick was a candidate for City Clerk for Florence, Fremont County, Colorado in 1901. Ruddick ran on the Democratic, Republican, and Union Labor tickets. She faced another woman for the office. Ruddick ran again in 1903 on the Union and Citizens ticket.
