Lillian H. Kerr was a Progressive Party candidate for State Representative from El Paso County, Colorado in the primary race of 1914. She did not win. Kerr was a Progressive party activist and a member of several women's clubs including the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was the first president (1902-1904) of the Woman's Club of Colorado. Kerr was the Colorado State Vice-Chairman of the National Woman's Party. One of the social issues she addressed was alimony and whether a woman who made more than her ex-husband should pay support.
