Anna E. Renfrew was elected as Town Clerk for Peacham, Caledonia County, Vermont in 1907. and was still in the office in 1910. Refrew also served as the town's postmistress. In the 1890s she was the town librarian, at a subscription-based library, kept in a store in the center of town. The store may have belonged to Renfrew herself.
