Waldron, Effie L.
Effie L. Waldron was elected Town Clerk and Treasurer of Hardwick, Caledonia County, Vermont in 1910. In 1918 Waldron served as the Chief Clerk for the Selective Service Board of Hyde Park, Lamoille County in the state. Selective service boards were the local bodies overseeing the conscription for US service in World War I.  Waldron resigned in 1918.
